Each of the 4 bedrooms in our villa has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Almost every room in 44 Palms offers ample storage for luggage, outdoor equipment, and shopping.

Because most Baja Sur vacation rentals in the area sleep only 2 to 4 people, large groups and families have trouble finding suitable accommodations. Unlike other venues, 44 Palms offers ample seating, so you won’t need to worry about multiple bookings.

Yes, our vacation rental is available to reserve via Airbnb. Airbnb policy requires all guests to adhere to certain rules, so please keep the following in mind:
- Make sure that you bring only the permitted number of guests when staying at the property for an extended duration. Larger gatherings are allowed, but they must not stay overnight.
- Let us know right away if you’ll be late for check-in.
- Please leave the place tidy. Throw away your trash and let us know if anything’s broken.
- There’s a small extra charge for pets. Give us a heads-up about your service animal so we can discuss waiving your pet fee.
