Your family will appreciate the privacy of individual bedrooms and bathrooms in our large suites. The property boasts rooftop access, a large fire pit, and ample indoor/outdoor entertainment areas. We’re the perfect base for exploring Baja, with easy access to Los Cabos, Todos Santos, and La Garita.
All 4 bedrooms in our villa have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets. Storage compartments are generously sized, so there’s plenty of room for luggage, outdoor equipment, and shopping bags.
Our Cerritos beach rental boasts a full-size kitchen, air conditioning, and comfortable furnishings. The sliding glass doors all have screens to prevent insects from entering, but they still allow for ventilation.

Only half a mile separates 44 Palms from San Pedrito Beach. You can either go for a scenic drive or take a relaxing 10-minute walk along the dirt road to reach the shore. Take the chance to snap a few pics with our palm trees while you’re on your way!
Since this beach is further down the coast from the Cerritos playa, you won’t have to deal with as many people sharing the space. Escape the tourist crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet of 44 Palms.
A charming basil farm sits right next to our property, one of many in the Baja Sur region. Close by are towns and beaches, easily accessible via the many roads that wind through the El Pescadero area. Cerritos is just a 10-minute drive from the property, even shorter if you’re headed straight for the playa.
Please keep the property clean and free from damage, as per Airbnb’s policies. This includes avoiding things like moldy dishes, soiled carpets, and pet stains. Cleaning fees cover standard cleaning between guests, such as laundry and vacuuming. You will be charged extra for any messes that require extensive cleaning.
In most cases, just ensure that all garbage goes into the appropriate containers and tidy up after your travel group.
