Yes, you can book our vacation rental on Airbnb. To ensure a smooth stay, please remember Airbnb’s main rules:

• During your stay, please only bring the allowed number of guests. While larger gatherings are permitted, overnight accommodation is not allowed.
• Please notify us immediately if you’re going to be late for check-in.
• Clean up any big messes before your departure time. Dispose of your trash and report any damage.
• There is a small additional fee for pets. If you are bringing a service animal, please tell us beforehand so we can waive the pet fee if possible.

El Pescadero is famous for its basil, and the area boasts many farms growing this delicious herb, including one right next door to our Mexico private villa!

Many local restaurants and pubs surround these farms. Everywhere you go, you can look forward to a warm welcome, delicious food, and tasty drinks.

We have, as you’d expect, 44 palm trees on the property. Although these trees don’t provide much shade, they evoke the essence of the Baja outdoors. The villa and its trees make a beautiful backdrop for photos!

San Pedrito Beach and our Mexico private villa are only half a mile apart. You can reach the shore via a scenic drive or a 10-minute, relaxing walk along the dirt road. Don’t forget to take some pictures with our palm trees along the way!

Unlike the bustling Cerritos or Cabo beaches, this tranquil coastal location provides a less crowded atmosphere. Avoid the busy tourist areas and relax in the seclusion of 44 Palms.

What kind of vacation are you thinking of? Winter is a great time to visit our property, avoiding colder weather while enjoying the peak season. Spring brings fewer crowds, so you can enjoy perfect weather and empty beaches.

Late summer is the best time for Baja wilderness adventures. The best time for hiking, biking, and camping is usually around June to July. Warm water, great surf, and fewer crowds in tourist towns also make autumn ideal for a visit.
