It’s difficult to find Baja rentals that comfortably sleep large families or groups, as most properties only accommodate 2 to 4 guests. With a size far exceeding other villas in Baja Sur California, 44 Palms is perfect for big families and friend groups.
You can comfortably fit 12 people in our luxurious beach house. Even large groups will have ample space, making it one of the best places to stay in Todos Santos. For questions regarding extra sleeping space for your guests, contact us.

For a small additional charge, your pets can come along. There’s plenty of room for them to run and play in our spacious outdoor area.
Notify us in advance if you plan to bring an exotic animal onto the property. Because service animals are frequently exempt from fees, please reach out to coordinate your visit.
The area is mainly made up of small, local shops. Therefore, we advise visitors to purchase any necessary items in Cabo San Lucas or La Paz prior to their arrival at our property.
Buy all you need for your stay. We have plenty of storage! Our kitchen provides generous counters and storage space, which is what makes it one of the best places to stay in Todos Santos.
Baja is one of the world’s basil capitals. You’ll find a lovely basil farm next to our property, as well as others, the more you explore! Many roads from the farms connect to nearby towns and the beach.
We have a flat rate for all our guests. If you need help finding activities for a larger travel group, let us know. We’re happy to give out helpful tips about the local area!
We will charge you separately for the extension of your stay if your family or group does not stay with you after the first part of your vacation. To accommodate your group, please reserve these time slots beforehand.
We understand why you love the Baja vibe. If you’d like to extend your stay, just let us know, and we can discuss the options. We may not be able to fulfill your request if another group is scheduled directly after you.
Please respect the property and keep it clean and undamaged, as per Airbnb’s policy. Examples of things to avoid include moldy dishes, dirty carpets, and pet waste. Between guests, the cleaning fee includes laundry and vacuuming.
Always remember to dispose of your rubbish responsibly before your departure time. Excessive messes will result in additional cleaning charges.
