Finding places for big film crews to stay in Baja is tough; most rentals are only for 2 to 4 people. As many as 12 people can comfortably stay in our beach house. This luxurious private villa accommodates even the largest groups of extras.

While many crews like to set up in Cabo, a popular Baja Sur destination, other areas are worth exploring. Check out the local bars and restaurants for the true essence of life along the coast.
If your cast and crew need a more relaxed environment, Los Cerritos and La Paz are ideal destinations. Though less crowded than Cabo, there’s still plenty to film, with lots of shopping, dancing, and nightlife.

In Todos Santos, you can find some of the most peaceful waters in the whole Baja Sur area, as well as many locations ideal for shooting beach scenes. This is the perfect place to film, regardless of whether your focus is on actors relaxing on the sands or surfing the waves.
There’s also the Sol de Mayo waterfall near Santiago, a gorgeous spot just waiting to be captured. Swimming holes and hot springs are also common in this area, so the shoot locations Baja offers are plentiful.
The weather stays sunny for the vast majority of the year, which makes for excellent natural lighting. If you happen to arrive on a rare, gloomy day, don’t worry. You’ll find that the skies clear up quickly!
