Plus, our property is a great place for bonding exercises! On top of the luxury our villa provides, we have tons of outdoor and indoor space for scavenger hunts, human knots, trivia, and more!
Finding suitable team-building venues in Todos Santos for larger groups can be challenging, as many rental spaces cater to smaller parties between 2 and 4 people. Meanwhile, there’s plenty of room for up to 12 guests in our beach rental. 44 Palms’ design allows it to comfortably host larg gatherings.
Inside, enjoy abundant storage, a spacious kitchen, top-quality air conditioning, and charming spaces to relax. Should team members need to complete a few tasks, we have dedicated workspaces available for convenient use between team-building activities.

Although Cabo is a famous choice for team-building trips in Mexico, many other locations in the area are worth a look. Sample the coastal flavors by checking out the local bars and restaurants—they offer culinary experiences you won’t find anywhere else!
Teams interested in a self-guided day tour will have a great time at Los Cerritos and La Paz. Although less crowded than Cabo, there’s still plenty to do, from shopping and dancing to enjoying the nightlife.

Other than your luggage, you’ll need to bring enough groceries to eat throughout your trip. Most stores in the area are smaller corner shops, which is why we recommend purchasing everything you need in either Los Cabos or La Paz.
You’ll also need all the supplies required for your team building Mexico trip, as 44 Palms doesn’t provide additional items for exercises.
In terms of season, there’s no bad time to visit! Rainy and chilly days are rare, which makes Baja gorgeous year-round.
Visiting in the winter can help your team escape the cold back home, but it also aligns with peak tourist season. Spring has fewer crowds, so you can enjoy the lovely weather without having to worry about the people in larger cities.
Fall and winter are great seasons to visit if your team enjoys nature-based bonding activities. Whether you’re taking a hike or going on a retreat into the Baja wilderness, 44 Palms is a great base camp.
Make sure to clean up after yourselves, as per Airbnb rules. Stains, damage, and larger messes may require an additional charge if our owners have to clean them up.
