Our Todos Santos rental offers 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, all of which feature toilets and showers. There’s plenty of storage space in almost every room of the villa, so you can store all your bags, outdoor gear, vacation purchases, and more.

Sleeping Arrangements
Many rentals in the area only have enough space for 2 to 4 guests. This makes it difficult for larger groups and families to find somewhere to stay without splitting up the party. At 44 Palms, we have space to spare!
All 4 of our bedrooms have a 2-person bed. However, the villa as a whole can sleep up to 12 people. Depending on your needs, we can help your travel group find the perfect arrangements.

In addition to our fire pit, we also have a rooftop deck that’s perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets. We’re just a short distance away from the beach, making swimming and sunbathing trips a breeze.

Nearby, you’ll mostly find smaller shops and corner stores. This is why we recommend travelers stock up in Cabo San Lucas before arriving at our Todos Santos rental.
Thanks to our plentiful storage, you can buy as much as you need for the entire duration of your stay. No tiny cabinets or minimal kitchen space like hotels or smaller bed and breakfasts!
There are 2 airports near our property: Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and La Paz International Airport (LAP). Both airports offer direct flights, with La Paz also accepting connecting flights for those who want to travel elsewhere before arriving at 44 Palms.
Regardless of which airport you choose, both the surrounding cities of San José del Cabo and La Paz are unique gateways to the Baja Sur region. Take your time enjoying the sights and activities in either town, stock up on any groceries and toiletries you need, then head to El Pescadero.

Right next to our property is a quaint basil farm, one of many you’ll find in the area. Alongside other farmsteads, you’ll find plenty of roads that lead to nearby towns and beach access points.
In line with Airbnb’s policies, you should avoid leaving behind excessive dirt or damage, such as moldy dishes, soiled carpets, or pet stains. Cleaning fees are for the basic cleaning that we perform between guests’ stays, including things like laundry and vacuuming. Any messes that require extensive cleaning may be subject to additional fees.
For the most part, you only need to ensure all trash is in the proper receptacles and pick up after the other members of your travel group.
Absolutely! For a small additional fee, you can bring your furry friends with you. Thanks to our spacious grounds, you can enjoy long walks with your pets, and there is plenty of room for them to play.
If you wish to bring a more exotic animal to the property, please discuss this with us ahead of time. We may also be able to waive fees for service animals, so you should contact us to arrange for accommodations.
